Stress and Anxiety
Stress and anxiety are a sign your nervous system has been holding too much, for too long. I remember the racing thoughts, the tight muscles, and the meltdowns over small problems that were more than my overwhelmed system could take. I used to think that was just a normal way to live! I’m so glad I now have a baseline of safety that allows me to take problems in stride and be more present (and less reactive) for my loved ones.
